How do I log my energy levels?

Lira offers morning and evening check-ins to track your energy levels throughout the day. Just tap on the appropriate check-in option and follow the guided process to record how you're feeling.

What are morning/evening check-ins?

Morning check-ins help you set intentions for your day based on your current energy level. Evening check-ins allow you to reflect on your day, record your energy levels, and identify patterns over time.

How do I manage notification preferences?

Go to the Settings tab in the app, then select "Notifications." Here you can toggle on/off notifications for morning check-ins, evening check-ins, and weekly digest emails.

What should I do if the app crashes?
